A Romantic Wedding with Winery Vibes at Walnut Grove
There is nothing more romantic than a Walnut Grove wedding, except maybe a wedding with winery vibes. And this couple had both! Yes, you can just feel the romance by taking in their beautiful photographs from Magnolia West Photography.
Megan and Patrick went for a winery feel with their wedding and achieved it with high scores! Selecting a rich color palette of terracotta, eucalyptus, and cream, they were off to the right start. For their wedding flowers, they chose to stay within that color palette and opted for roses that were peach, white, and dusty red, created by their florist with the help of their Pinterest favorites.

The romance didn’t end there, either. Each song played for those special moments was selected with care. Megan walked down the aisle to Simply the Best by Noah Reid, and following their “I Do’s” the newlyweds walked away together to Almost Sweet Music by Hozier. At their wedding reception, Megan and Patrick entered to You Go Down Smooth by Lake Street Drive and shared their first dance to Misty by Caamp.
For their wedding desserts, they went with churros and vanilla ice cream with a chocolate and caramel drizzle.
When asked what her favorite memory was, the bride said, “Right after the ceremony when the the entire bridal party came to the bridal suite for drinks and appetizers and to celebrate!”
And as for advice, she says, “Don’t under estimate how long you think DIY projects are going to take. I ended up doing projects up until the end, but luckily I had family take care of last touches for projects so I could relax with my bridesmaids.”
