A Traditional Wedding at Loyola Cueno Mansion that Brought the Celebration

This June wedding maintained its traditional theme through and through. From the classic color palette of ivory, blush, and black to the stunning florals, all captured by Mandelette Photography, it’s apparent Corey and Nick did it right with the help of day-of coordinator, The Simply Elegant Group.
So it was no surprise that when asked, Corey said her favorite memory from the day was “the celebration! Having everyone together to celebrate was the best — couldn’t have asked for a better party!”

The flowers were in keeping with the color palette and offered a variety of blooms to appreciate, and the bride gave us the full scoop on all her wedding florals. The bridal bouquet consisted of white hydrangea, blown open roses, and white mini callas, while the bridesmaids’ bouquets were made up of white hydrangea as a cloud for blush roses, and white mini cymbidiums with light pink throats. The groom’s boutonnière was a white mini call and his groomsmen wore white mini orchids. And finally the table centerpieces were traditional but anything but simple, as they incorporated silver dollar eucalyptus, as well as rich Italian ruskus, and deep green pittosporum with white hydrangeas, blush roses, as well as snaps and white fugi for a textural flair.
The wedding cake was a yellow cake with chocolate and vanilla filling and vanilla buttercream frosting.
