Boho Style Meets Beachy at a Pavilion Overlooking the Long Island Sound

When you pair a boho style with a beachy style, you get a beautifully relaxed atmosphere with lots of neutral colors, and that is exactly what Gina and Peter were going for with their autumn wedding in New York. It was all photographed by the talented photographers at Apollo Fields and of course we have all the beautiful photos for you to scroll through.
The couple chose a color palette of tans, greens, and amber, which worked nicely with their flowers that consisted of dried florals like beach grass, cat tails, eucalyptus, baby’s breath, and little pops of color.
They went with an ice cream bar and the ever-popular donut wall in lieu of a traditional wedding cake, featuring a seasonal flavor — apple cider, and the classics — glazed and chocolate and vanilla.
For their musical selections, at the church for their ceremony, Gina tells us they had a really pretty piano piece called The Water Flows Within You. Some of their other selections included Coldplay’s Til Kingdom Come, and a song from The Darkness called I Believe in a Thing Called Love. And for their last song of the night, they chose Vienna by Billy Joel, where their families gathered around Gina and Peter and they all sang together — which just so happens to be Gina’s favorite memory from the day.
Gina’s advice to other couples: “It all works out in the end.”
