This Wedding Photographer’s Elegant Country Club Affair Had Hollywood – Wedding Day Match

This Wedding Photographer’s Elegant Country Club Affair Had Hollywood Glam Feels

This springtime wedding between Kendall and Connor was all things romantic, with the memories to match. Going for a traditional and elegant style, Kendall and Connor had a specific vision and it was all captured beautifully by the talented Green Apple Photography.

DETAILS

With a soft-toned color palette of blush, sage and grey color, the emphasis was on romantic vibes. This is true especially for the wedding flowers, magnolias, roses and eucalyptus, where subtle elegance exuded.

And the romance continued with a traditional wedding cake of red velvet with cream cheese icing, and marble cake with cream cheese icing. Most significantly, the case was made by the bride’s cousin Emily Jessie from Campbellsville, KY.

FASHION + BEAUTY

Kendall wore a stunning Essense of Australia classic satin ballgown with a sweetheart neckline and off-the-shoulder sleeves from Rebecca’s Wedding Boutique.

She tells us: “I had been pinning dresses since Connor and I started dating. We had picked out our wedding date from the first week we started dating. I found the exact dress at Rebecca’s that was on my Pinterest board. It was actually a sample dress that just happened to be in my exact size and didn’t need alterations other than a hem.”

And her bridesmaids wore varying styles of sage dresses that left Kendall looking regal, when they stood beside her, like the belle of the ball.

For her hair and makeup, Kendall wanted to keep with those romantic vibes she had going. Her hair was styled in a traditional updo, so it would look good with her tiara, of course. And her makeup was everything Hollywood glamour should be — sparkly eyes with brownish tones to bring out her beautiful blue eyes.

RECEPTION

The decor for the reception venue was every bit as elegant as you’d imagine, but that didn’t mean it wasn’t full of good times and memories. In fact, Kendall notes her favorite memories as: “Either the choreographed dance with my dad for our father/daughter dance. Or, my mom had scheduled a party bus for us that took us from the reception venue to the chapel, then back to the reception after the ceremony. Being able to spend that quality time with my bridal party is truly a core memory I will cherish forever.”

As for the dancing, Kendall and Conner’s music selections consisted of Cover Me Up by Morgan Wallen for their first dance, and Grove St. Party (feat. Kebo Gotti) by Waka Flocka Flame for their reception entrance where their wedding party entered with them.

And for the song Kendall chose to walk down the aisle to, well that was Walk in a Room (Reimagined) by Muscadine Bloodline.

FROM KENDALL WITH LOVE

Kendall’s advice for future couples: “Let other people handle the little things on your big day (like paying vendors). Make sure you get one on one photos with the family members that mean the most. Remember this is YOUR day with your future spouse and cherish the moments you spend together.”

And she has a special note of gratitude she’d like to share….

“I would just really like to thank my parents, Kenny and Debbie Jo Riddle, for making this wedding possible. The time, money and effort they put in to making our dream wedding come true will forever mean so much to us. To my brother and cousins who helped set up our decor, thank you. Wildwood [Country Club] is a dream venue to work with and couldn’t recommend them more. To my photographer, Christora and her team at Green Apple [Photography], thank you for making our day run smoothly and capturing memories that will last a lifetime.”
