Fuchsia Needs to Be Considered for Every Engagement Session, Period
Fuchsia reigned supreme for this stylish couple who got exactly what they wanted — an upscale and romantic engagement session. Michelle and Emeka’s engagement session photographed by the endlessly talented Bozena Voytko Photography is the definition of eye-catching, and she shares that their love story is as captivating as their photographs. “A couple whose story is a testament to the power of friendship, love, and the beauty of shared experiences.”
Their story started in college and, with the spark of romance lit, they have been together ever since. Their love of family keeps them close and their son grounded. But not literally… their proposal story starts when Emeka surprised Michelle with a trip to Hawaii and a sunset hot air balloon ride. “As the instructor popped a bottle of champagne, Michelle turned around to find Emeka. Their son in his arms, and him on one knee, holding out a simple and elegant solitaire diamond ring on a plain white gold band.”
The romance never seems to end for this happy couple, whose love radiates from their photographs. Between backdrops of a beautiful garden and grand staircase, there’s no doubt that they looked the most blissful in front of the 1960s Studebaker GT Hawk — especially when toasting to their future.
While the classic car is everything, you can’t deny how Emeka’s soft pink suit alongside Michelle’s white dress with asymmetrical neckline stole the show. And if that wasn’t enough, they did a ‘fit change, donning traditional African garb in none other than shades of fushia, of course. Truly, this couple epitomizes elegance.
Planning on marrying in June 2024, we learned from Bozena Voytko that they are most excited to create an atmosphere where their guests can enjoy themselves. They also are looking forward to having an Igbo ceremony and the festivities surrounding it because they want a day enriched with cultural traditions and vibrant celebrations.
