Some Subtle Glam from this Pronovias Bride’s Modern Country Theme Wedding
Two words: the groomsmen. Okay, so it’s like totally about the bride, no question there… spotlight fully on the bride, people, but for Lindsay and Braeden’s wedding we’re going to take a moment and give some love to the groomsmen because they seemed to have one heck of a good time and we so wanted in! Just look at these photos and try to tell me that they’re not epic… go ahead, I’ll wait. Ahem, that’s what I thought.
Now that we got that over with, let’s give some much deserved major love to the happy couple who had a white and airy, modern country theme that was subtle glam in every way.
A late July wedding, Lindsay and Braeden picked a champagne gold, blush pink, and white color palette that was perfection. In keeping with their color palette, they stuck to pink and white flowers with some greenery.
For their dessert of choice, they went with donuts and mini parfaits, and a small cake for themselves and the wedding party.
FASHION + BEAUTY
Lindsay was a Pronovias bride, wearing Jameela, a glittering mermaid gown with beaded appliqués, a sweetheart neckline royal train and open back. Best of all, Lindsay shares, was that she had flexibility in how she could wear her straps, something important to her when dress shopping. “I was able to find a dress that allowed me to change my straps throughout the night — on, off, or off the shoulder which I loved!” She also wanted to feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful.
Meanwhile, those were the same things she wanted for her bridesmaids who wore satin champagne gold dresses from Revelry.
For her hair, Lindsay wanted half up, half down for a romantic, put together yet effortless look. It wasn’t far off from what she was going for with her makeup either — soft glam, classic neutrals, and nothing over the top, but wedding-worthy!
Ceremony + Reception
Walking down the aisle to Braeden, Turning Page by Sleeping At Last was playing. With the knot tied, the newlyweds were able to steal a special moment after the ceremony that became one of Lindsay’s favorite memories. “Right after the ceremony, we spent just a few moments alone together to soak in being married. It was so special to take that time together before going back to celebrate with everyone else.”
Then came the reception, where they entered to to High Horse by Nelly, BRELAND, Blanco Brown and shared a first dance to Blessed by Thomas Rhett.
“We also love the memory of being able to end our night dancing with our friends and family surrounding us,” Lindsay adds.
From Lindsay with Love
“Wedding planning can be stressful at times. Remember that when the wedding day comes, none of the little details you stressed about will matter. It is truly the sweetest day, being able to marry your best friend and celebrate with all of your favorite people!”
